“What is the purpose of my life?”
“How do I have frictionless transactions with my family and friends?”
“How do I achieve greater Peace and Contentment within me?”
“What limitations do I need to surpass?”
Repeatedly asking these questions to myself and not sure whom to address them to, gradually though, the right books and right Self-development and Spirituality courses and practices started coming my way.
As they say, “Things come to you when you are prepared to go through them.”
With discipline and consistency, I could see small positive changes in my thinking, beliefs and perceptions. Which had a substantial impact in my personal life. I started feeling more fulfilled and happier than before. Since then it’s been a valiant ongoing journey of growth and unfolding.
‘Genie In Me’ is an attempt to put across all those inspirational messages and empowering insights, collected over time, in a simple, concise and practical way. There are going to be blogs, journals, podcasts and courses related to Spirituality and Personal Growth.

I am not a Zen Monk or an Enlightened Being; not even a Philosopher or a Preacher.
In fact, I do have a lot of insecurities, fears, judgements, resentments and anger. But what I am proud of now, is that I have started recognizing, understanding and owning them. Also, I know how to process them in a healthy and wholesome way.
I often lose track and fall back to my old self. But now, I rest in the fact that each moment offers a new opportunity and a new possibility to grow and unfold.
Despite holding different visions and beliefs, each one of us strives to be a better version of ourselves.
