Hello there!!! Thank you for visiting Genie In Me and taking the time out to read about me.
A mother of a ten-year-old daughter, a wife of a Radiologist husband, a Dentist by profession, an Art Enthusiast and a Mumbaikar, pretty much sums up my ‘External Identity’.
But this introduction would be incomplete without citing an incident that happened about ten years ago, which kicked off my Quest to ‘Eternal Identity’.
One fine day, while reading a book, what the author questioned really struck me. The author inquired:
- Are you living your life as a ‘Chance’, merely reacting to whatever comes your way?
- Are you surrounded by gracious people and compatible circumstances, who are the reasons for your easy and effortless life?
- Are you putting any conscious efforts to make your own life and the lives of people around you beautiful?
I found the questions interestingly relevant. During the same time, I was struggling to rediscover myself, in the midst of my postpartum blues. I started dabbling through the self-betterment and spirituality content. Gradually as my interest in the subject grew, my bookshelf got decked up with a lot of non-fiction books. The process got exciting, as I started experiencing benefits.
I got determined to become conscious to lead a meaningful and purposeful life.

Genie In Me is a creative outlet to share with you all, the transformative ideas and practices which helped me to find the path of perpetual unfoldment of my intrinsic nature, over the period of 9-10 years. I am still learning and there is still a lot of work to be done, on the way to become a healthier, happier and more fulfilled person.
I look forward to adding tons of value, meaning and happiness in the lives of people who come in contact with me.
